How we set your price.

Prices are based on your dog’s weight, then adjusted for coat condition and the time a groom takes. We tell you the final number before we start, and we never add surprises at pickup.

  • Smallunder 20 lb
  • Medium20–49 lb
  • Large50–89 lb
  • Extra large90 lb and up

Heavy matting, extra-thick coats, and dogs who need extra time may cost more. Approximate weight is fine when you book; we confirm at drop-off.

Questions owners ask first.

Sample policies for this concept business.

How long will my dog be here?

Most full grooms take two to three hours, and baths take one to two. We’ll give you a pickup window when we confirm, and we text you when your dog is ready.

What if my dog is nervous?

Tell us in the notes when you book. Nervous dogs get a slower start, extra breaks, and a groomer who doesn’t rush. If a dog is too stressed to continue, we stop and call you rather than push through.

Do you need proof of vaccines?

Yes. We ask for current rabies and core vaccines at your first visit. It keeps every dog in the salon safe. Puppies can visit after their first round of shots.

What if my dog’s coat is matted?

We’ll look together at drop-off. Light tangles are brushed out. If the coat is badly matted, the kindest option is often a short cut. We explain the choice and the price first, and never go ahead without your okay.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Life happens. Please give us 24 hours’ notice to reschedule so we can offer the slot to another dog.

Ready to pick a time?

Tell us about your dog and what they need. We’ll confirm a slot within one business day.
